A new year, a new season.
Hey Folks, it's been a minute, welcome back š
We have been busy planting in the greenhouse for a couple of months now. So yes, I apologize for the late update.
We hope everyone had a wonderful holiday season & are happy to be back & in full swing here around the farm. Time flies by when you're having fun š
Just to give you an idea of what we have been up to; seeding, planting, painting, cleaning, ordering, prepping & the list goes on š
We are a small but mighty force around here, a small team of just 8 people to do all the behind the scenes work before opening in April/May. (Follow us @freskiws on Instagram to be the first to know our 'opening date,' this 2024 season.) š±
Every single pot here in our greenhouse has been filled by hand, planted, fertilized, labeled & water by one of us 8 individuals here. Nothing is mass produced. Instead we like to keep it like the good old days before machines & technology took over. It's usually the oldest methods that make for a better outcome šš
It's truly blessing to work in such a beautiful place, nature truly is inspiring & as to is getting to work side by side family. š
